The Triple Play means that US Airways led all the major airlines in:
1) On-Time Arrivals,
2) Fewest Baggage Mishandlings, and
3) Fewest Customer Complaints for the month of May.
Coming out on top in all three categories in a month is a fairly rare occurrence.
While our US Airways team makes up only a small fraction of the entire US Airways network, the competition is keen, and the teamwork here contributed to the overall success. Congratulations, and keep up the good work serving our region. We’re glad you are on our Team.
