At the Tryon Palace Museum Store!
Shop with certainty December 20th (with a little help from your friends)

Men’s Night Out provides those men who may be shopping-challenged a great new way to take some of the pressure off .

Tryon Palace is welcoming ladies to shop the greatly expanded new Museum Store and complete a “wish list” for their special Santa. Then, on Monday, December 20th, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the store hosts a special party where gentlemen shoppers can retrieve their personalized list for Santa and make their lady’s Christmas even more delightful. More help comes with free gift wrapping, while guests enjoy refreshments. Don’t have a list to retrieve? That’s OK. Santa’s helpers at the Store offer personal shopping assistance.

The new Museum Store, located in the North Carolina History Center, offers a fabulous assortment of unique and fascinating gifts. The store now carries a wide array of art and hand-crafted jewelry, including 18th and 19th-century reproductions. Also featured is a wonderful variety of specialty soaps, lotions and candles. Authentic Seagrove pottery includes one-of-a-kind items from Ben Owen III. And of course, there is a unique and extensive selection of books, specialty North Carolina food items, decorative art, garden products and much more.

So come to the Museum Store and make sure that you have exactly that right something to put beneath the Christmas tree this holiday season. And ladies, you are also welcome to shop and enjoy this special event.
