>Welcome WWII Veterans Home from Honor Flight Tomorrow!

>

We invite everyone to come out to the Coastal Carolina Airport on Wednesday, September 21st to welcome our veterans home. The plane will land at approximately 7:30 PM. The airport has been decorated and we will be handing out flags to wave! There is a poster signed by all of the veterans on the flight, a red carpet for the returning Heroes, and much, much more. Shake their hands, hug them, wave flags, and thank them for the freedoms we enjoy today! Please arrive prior to 7:00PM, and enjoy the patriotic music of the 2D Marine Aircraft Wing Band as we welcome our heroes home, Pepsi will be here for refreshments. Parking is free, and carpooling is recommended. Together we can make it a magic evening.

On behalf of 104 WWII Veterans, ladies and gentlemen who are in their 80’s and 90’s, humble heroes who saved the world from tyrants and then came home to enjoy the freedom and opportunity they earned we want to say THANK YOU.
