Don’t miss the 9th Annual Taste of Coastal Carolina on Tuesday, March 13th at 6 pm at the New Bern Riverfront Convention Center. Buy your tickets before they are gone for the largest and most exciting fundraiser for the NRF. This year’s event features signature dishes from several new restaurants: Rebecca’s Gourmet Café, Antonio’s, the Wild Cupcake, Jenn & Sami’s Bella Cucina and Le Bistro and the Art Gallery. In addition, enjoy amazing dishes from last year’s winners; Chef Gerry Fong of Persimmons Restaurant, Chef Tom Pristash of Christoph’s on the Water, Lisa Hawkins of Sea Glass Café and Chef Smoke Boyd of The Flame. Come enjoy the festivities and help raise money to improve water quality in our rivers. Now, more than ever, we need your help to continue to advocate, educate and protect. The mission of the Neuse RIVERKEEPER® Foundation is to protect, restore and preserve the Neuse River basin through education, advocacy and enforcement, in order to provide clean water for drinking, recreation and enjoyment to the communities that it serves.

Come enjoy food and camaraderie! Last year was almost completely sold out so don’t wait to get your tickets. Patron tickets are $100 per person which includes early admission to the ‘Champagne Reception’, reserved seating, unlimited beer and wine at the private bar, plus ‘first tastes’ from the restaurants. General admission tickets for the Taste are $30; $35 at the door (if available). Tickets can be purchased in person at the NRF office, by calling 252-637-7972 or on our website, Mitchell Hardware (beginning February 1st) in downtown New Bern or at the New Bern Harris Teeter (after February 15th). Wine, beer and soda will be available for purchase at the event.
Discounted tickets are available for $25 for NRF members. The member price for tickets is only available by contacting Diane at the New Bern NRF office at 252-637-7972.
