>2012 Annual New Bern Heart Ball

>The 2012 Annual Heart Ball will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at the New Bern Convention Center. The event kicks off at 6pm with a cocktail hour and silent auction, followed by seated dinner, live auction and dancing to the Motown and 70’s classic tunes performed by Class Act, of Virginia featuring band leader Stephon Hurt. Tickets are $100 each, tax deductible and can be purchased by contacting the American Heart Association or visiting the website. The cost of the ticket includes all drinks, dinner and dancing. Tables of 10 may also be purchased and will include you and/or your company’s name in the program. Attire is formal.

Editor-in-Chief, Wendy Card, founded New Bern Now in April 2009. There were a number of reasons she developed the website. While stationed in Washington DC, she had 30 days to transfer to Naval Hospital Cherry Point and didn’t know much about the area.
