New Bern’s Revolutionary Bikini Bootcamp offers a way to fight the Feasting Season Offering a free trial Fat Loss Workout.

Bikini boot camp offers a female fat loss workout that is tailored to women of all fitness levels shapes and sizes in only 30 minutes three times a week. Boot campers are saving time while burning more fat.

Kate Horney, a local fat loss and body transformation expert, has recently launched BeyondFit Physiques offering customized nutritional coaching as well as a Bikini Boot camp program for women of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels. The New Bern Based Bikini Boot Camp promises better results in less time.

Bikini Boot Camps are fun effective 30 min fat loss workouts and something that fits into any lifestyle. Participants begin seeing results in just a few sessions. The camps include a variety of full body hybrid strength building exercises with targeted Core Training and Cardio. These workouts are designed for any fitness level and use a unique rest based training system. “Our Motto is Work until you can’t rest until you can”. This style of workout is specifically designed to create a fat burning blast that lasts hours after the workout and all you need is a mat and a set of dumbbells.
