Fairfield Harbour, a residential boating and golf community located 15 minutes from historic New Bern, has announced that it will host the fourth annual Taste of Fairfield event on Friday, May 17 at 5:30pm at Red Sail Park on Helm Drive.
Residents and friends of Fairfield Harbour will prepare dishes to be judged in four different categories: appetizer, side dish, entrée and dessert.
The winner in each category will receive a bottle of wine and their recipe will be featured on the Fairfield Harbour website.
Fairfield Harbour’s local singing duet Tom and Dahlin’ will provide entertainment as attendees sample the competing dishes.
Locally donated door prizes will be given away to attendees throughout the festivities.
