Presented by: New Bern Woman’s Club

“The Holly and The Ivy” Historic Homes Tour is held on the second Saturday of December. “The Holly and The Ivy” Holiday Homes Tour is NBWC’s major fundraiser of the year. About the New Bern Woman’s Club:

Since its founding in 1905, the New Bern Woman’s Club has had a rich tradition of service to New Bern and Craven County. From our first civic project of turning Union Point from a city dump into a lovely park, NBWC members have tirelessly continued working to make our community a better place to live and visit. Most recently, the club sponsored the “Women in History” exhibit in the North Carolina History Center at Tryon Palace, highlighting the contributions of women from Eastern North Carolina; some of whom were members of the NBWC. With an active membership of over 90 women, the club supports numerous charities and community service projects. Additionally, we award 4 college scholarships each year to promising young people from the community and celebrate the artistic and musical talents of our Craven County school students with an Annual Student Arts Festival held each January.

NBWC is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization.
