With the Taste of Coastal Carolina (TOCC) quickly approaching, I had the chance to learn more about this year’s “Taste” during my interview with Lynne Davenport and Daphne Sherring, TOCC Committee Members for the Neuse Riverkeeper Foundation.

Listen to the radio interview aired on New Bern News Talk Radio WNOS 97.1FM and 1450AM. You can also hear the interview online on NBN’s Libsyn page:

They were excited to tell me about this unique annual fundraiser.

Enjoy great food and an action packed evening as Eastern North Carolina restaurants go head to head to win over the judges!

The Taste of Coastal Carolina is a premier fundraising event in that highlights restaurants and businesses in Eastern North Carolina while benefiting the hard work and efforts of the Neuse Riverkeeper Foundation.

It’s a unique opportunity for the public to taste a delicious variety of local flavors and show their support for the Neuse Riverkeepers efforts in keeping our rivers clean.

With a limited number of sponsor opportunities, this is your chance to promote your business and/or restaurant while connecting your company with an important cause.

Sponsorships range from $250 to $5000. They are also offering sponsor opportunities for In-Kind Donations. The benefits for participation are well worth it!

So far, participating sponsors include: Coastal Carolina Health Care, Fisher Fuel Markets, Comfort Air of New Bern Inc., Lynne Davenport with Century 21 Zaytoun-Raines, WRNS 95.1FM, Coastal Beverage, and Minges Bottling Company.

You can get your tickets early by visiting the Neuse Riverkeeper Foundation’s website. General admission tickets are $35 and patron and special seating are $100.

Stay tuned as more information will follow!

Call Lynne at 252-514-5421 to become a sponsor.
