The New Bern Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting event at Sunny and Shears on August 19th. Sunny and Shears, located at 961 Hwy 70 East, celebrated their grand opening in James City.
Thank you to our many chamber and community members who showed their support by attending. Food and refreshments were served along with special promotions and giveaways.
