RCS and New Bern Parks & Recreation are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Ice Skating in The Park event to be held on August 13th at Kidsville Playground!
A full day of fun for the whole family to enjoy! The ice skating rink is back as well as Snowzilla’s 40’ waterslide that is sure to be a family favorite! All proceeds from this event will help fund the Family Room Project, which will fund 5 additional family rooms for the Homeless Shelter.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, August 13 at Kidsville Playground from 10am – 8pm and make plans to bring your family and friends! Advance tickets may be purchased online at Skate4Hunger.org. There are lots of water activities, so bring your bathing suits!
Ice skaters are encouraged to sign up early to save time in line! $10 admission covers all activities, including ice skating, Snowzilla’s waterslide, bounce house and other water activities, arts and crafts. Food and beverages will be available from a variety of food trucks at additional cost. Receive $1 off admission with a canned food donation!
