Gem of the Ocean unfolds in the home of Aunt Ester, a well-known 285-year-old wise woman whose home is a sanctuary for the troubled and lost. Citizen Barlow, a man in turmoil, comes to Aunt Ester seeking her soul-cleansing powers. Aunt Ester helps guide him through a spiritual journey towards redemption and self-discovery.
