Getting Through the Holidays: A Four Week Series of Grief Support Workshops

The upcoming holidays can be a difficult time for those who are experiencing loss in their lives. Continuum Home Health & Hospice is offering a series of workshops to provide education, information, and support to those who are dealing with grief and loss. Some of the topics include:

“Dealing with Difficult Emotions During the Holidays”

“Survival Tips for Handling the Holidays”

“Making Decisions about Holiday Traditions and Rituals”

The workshops are open to adults of all ages and will be held free of charge at two different locations:

New Bern Workshops: Nov 1, 8, 15, and 22, 10:30am – 12:00pm, River Bend Town Hall, 45 Shoreline Dr.

Havelock Workshop: Nov. 8, 15, 29, and Dec. 6, 10:30am – 12:00pm, 103 Trader Ave.
