Join New Bern Parks and Recreation for Annual Easter Egg Hunt – March 24th

New Bern Parks and RecreationNew Bern Parks and Recreation will be having its annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 24 from 1pm – 3pm at Lawson Creek Park, located at 1309 Country Club Road in New Bern.  Games and activities, including inflatables will begin at 1pm. The Easter Egg Hunts will start at 2pm.  The Easter Bunny will make a special appearance. This event is FREE.

The Egg Hunts will be divided into the following age categories:

– Ages 1-2: The hunt begins at 2:00pm. (One parent may assist the child.)

– Ages 3 – 5: The hunt begins at 2:15pm. (Parents may not assist.)

– Ages 6 – 8: The hunt begins at 2:30pm.

– Ages 9 – 12: The hunt begins at 2:45pm.

All Easter Egg Hunts will start on time and will be held on Thalmann Field at Lawson Creek Park. This year, 10,000 candy filled eggs will be distributed between all four hunts. Participants are encouraged to bring your own basket or bag for collecting eggs.
