New Bern Parks & Recreation is seeking emerging to mid-range local artists in need of studio space, who are interested in working in an open studio setting with public interaction, at our new Art gallery.

Our Studio Artists will be a part of New Bern’s growing art scene, bringing culture and vibrancy into the community through collaboration and exchange with other artists.

Artists selected for studio space will span multiple disciplines and media, including, but not limited to drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, basket weaving, jewelry, new media, installation, and interdisciplinary expression.

Studio space starts at $175.00 per month.  Art Studio applications must be received by May 4, 2018 to be considered.
