Read this Quarter’s: New Bern Now Ledger January – March 2014
The Ledger is a mini version of New Bern Now.com. It was created to provide an area guide for residents and visitors to learn about the latest happenings and information in the Greater New Bern area!
We are “ordinary” folks who enjoy learning about our community – from River Bend, Fairfield Harbour, Carolina Pines, Trent Woods, Spring Garden, Olde Town, Downtown, Uptown, and everything in between!
We are happy to receive information from readers who want to spread the word about events and interesting happenings. We also enjoy sharing our experiences with you.
New Bern Now is run by “local citizens”, making us a “citizen media company”. Our GOAL is to Promote, Not Demote! Our Blog is a “community diary about New Bern, North Carolina”.
Advertisements cover the cost of printing the hardcopies. Special thanks to our sponsors: The Aerie Bed and Breakfast Guest House and Conference Center, C Foy Tonsorial Parlor, Carolina Creations, Coastal Carolina Regional Airport, Coldwell Banker Will-Smith Real Estate, Garris Evans Lumber Co., Go Architectural Design, James Arthur Construction, Kincaid Family Dentistry, Lucky Street Tattoo, Masterful Dog Training, Mitchell Hardware, New Bern Art Works & Company, New Bern Civic Theatre, Robinson & Stith Insurance – Vice President Dennis Leoni, Thea’s Ideas, Realtor Linda Wahnsiedler with Trent River Realty, Twice as Nice, Thurman Rd. Service Center, Studio Verve, and W Lease Perspectives Contemporary and Fine Art Digital Photography.
You can pick up the latest edition at the New Bern’s Airport and numerous businesses around town.
We couldn’t have done it without Sharon Arthur and Tommy Tilghman at Griffin and Tilghman Printers! They did a fantastic job as always!
We really appreciate everyone’s support in sending us the latest happenings in your community and look forward to hearing from you!
