Up coming Christmas Events. November 23, “Light Up the Season” 3 to 7:00 PM, Bear Plaza. Hosted by Bernie The Bear, there will be games, activities, seasonal music and the arrival of Santa who will be accompanied by Mrs. North Carolina 2012, Corrine Edwards. The first 300 children will receive a free picture with Santa.
November 23 and 24 all of downtown will be holding open houses. This is an opportunity to get your Christmas shopping done early and enjoy punch, cider, cookies and other goodies throughout downtown.
