A Royal Welcome – Theme for the Annual Convention of the Garden Club of North Carolina in New Bern, April 19 – 21, 2015. Over 200 members from across North Carolina are expected to attend the event to be held at the Doubletree By Hilton in New Bern. The vendor rooms and the Flower Show will be open to the public.
Trent Woods Garden Club has been planning this event for several months with assistance from the Garden Clubs of New Bern, Havelock, Newport, Goldsboro, Jacksonville, Emerald Isle and Wilmington.
Judy Bond of New Bern and former President TWGC 1993 – 1994 will be installed as the 2015 State President of the Garden Club of North Carolina. This Club donated the Tryon Palace Gates in the 1950s.
