Wednesdays  Pub Trivia with Austin Vaquilar at 7pm. Pub Trivia every Wednesday Night! Come and test your Trivia skills for an opportunity to win great prizes and have fun with friends! It’s all about bringing people together! The kitchen at Live will be cooking up some great compliments for an evening of fun.

November 2nd, Cool Jazz with David Robinson at 6:30pm. Saxophonist David Robinson plays smooth jazz from the Great American Songbook. A nice relaxing starter for the weekend. There is no cover charge

November 3rd, Electro Swing Party. Enter our swinging speakeasy and dance the night away. Electro swing mixes classic swing tunes from the jazz age with modern electronic house and hip hop beats. The theme for the night is Vintage Great Gatsby so hit the thrift shop or Grandma’s closet and dress to impress! Wax up that mustache too! A percentage of proceeds from this event will go to support No Shave November, a non profit organization devoted to growing cancer awareness and raising funds to support cancer prevention, research and education. November 4th from 7:30pm – Midnight: Maurice 100 hosts “Spoken Word Like You Never Heard”. An evening of Art and inspiration! Maurice 100 brings you a full line up of poets and spoken word Artists from across the state. Tickets $15.00 Advance – $20 at the door

November 9th and November 30thh at 6:30pm: John Van Dyke. Local singer John Van Dyke takes over Vintage Thursdays this month while our regular Alisa Mike takes a short break. John will entertain you with music from the Great American songbook. There is no cover charge

November 10th at 8pm: Improv Comedy Night. Audience’s are part of the show! Give us your suggestions and watch us create hilarious unscripted scenes right before your eyes! Featuring some of the best Improv teams from across the Carolinas. Come and explore the hilarious, unpredictable world of improv comedy. Show Tickets $7.

November 11th from 7pm – party till 1am: Top Gun Party and Movie Night

Join us in honor of Veterans Day for a special screening of the 80s classic Top Gun. Stick around after the movie and party on the dance floor. We’ll have lots of drink specials and the kitchen will be cooking up some specialties too. Of course there’ll be plenty of popcorn on hand for the movie. Tickets are $7. No cover charge after 9pm.

November 16th at 7pm: Acoustic Coffee House with Patrick Bliss. Bleeker Street bohemia! Local singer guitarist Patrick Bliss takes the stage for an evening of acoustic blues folk and Americana. There is no cover charge

November 17th: Fall Harvest Country Dance. Put on your boots y’all! We’ll be playing all of your favorite line dances all night long plus plenty of great country dance music for those of you that like to do your own thing. We’ll have some great drink specials and the kitchen’ll be cooking up some country favorites for you hungry cowboys. Line Dance lessons at 7pm Open dance at 9pm. $5 Cover Charge.

November 18th at 9pm: Studio 54 Monthly Birthday Bash. Jump in our Birthday time machine and head back to the legendary discotheque where dreams were limited only by one’s imagination. The DJ will be spinning all of those 70s anthems into the early a.m. and we’ll be serving up some great 70s specials. Plus it’s our monthly Birthday bash! Show us that you’re a November baby and receive a free Birthday gift from Live! No Cover Charge.

November 25th Madame Z Pride (No Shade November). Madame Z and her Drag Divas are back again for another round of fun. Celebrating diversity and Love in our community! It’s the best party in town and it’s open to all! The dance floor is always full and the show is new every month. This Month its No Shade (well we’ll try our best). Madame Z and Live@ The City Laundry are donating a percentage of the proceeds from this event to support No Shave November, a non profit organization devoted to growing cancer awareness and raising funds to support cancer prevention, research and education.
