Coastal Women’s Forum will hold its next Lunch Meeting from noon to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18 at the New Bern Golf and Country Club. Registration and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $15 for members and $20 for visitors.
This month’s speaker will be Tova Hairston, Executive Director of Coastal Women’s Shelter. Her topic will be domestic violence, its prevalence in our communities, and overarching impact on our society. She will share information about the services and resources offered by the agency for families living with domestic violence as well as multiple opportunities for community involvement and support.
