“Singing into Spring” presented by Craven Community Chorus

Craven Community ChorusCraven Community Chorus presents: Singing into Spring. Under the direction of Philip Evancho, the chorus will perform Schubert’s “Mass in G”, along with Hallelujah (from “Mount of Olives”) and Ave Verum in the first half. The second half of concert will be music from “Broadway Hits” with selections from song writer Aaron Copland followed with “Phantom of the Opera” and “Les Miserables”.

Performances will be in Orringer Auditorium on the campus of Craven Community College in New Bern. Performances will be on Thursday May 3, at 7 p.m., Saturday, Saturday May 5 at 3 p.m. and Sunday, May 6 at 3 p.m.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased in advance at Bank of the Arts, Fullers Music, Kitchen on Trent, UPS Store, Harris Teeter, chorus members and at the door (if available). We are also on facebook.com/cravencommunitychorus.
